We, here with AutoXTen Top Team, have been in the industry for several years and built large organizations, and the key to large organizations is system dependent duplication. Many people will not do this but the saying goes "Successful People Are Willing To Do What Unsuccessful People Are Not Willing To Do".  Keep it simple, discipline yourself to do it this way and have your team do it this way.  You will see that your organization will grow very solid if they are all system dependent.

We have a 3 step system here with AutoXTen Top Team and that is:

Get Your Call List And Call Your Upline To Let Them Know That You Are Doing 3 Way Calls To See If They Are Available

1. Ask The Question "Do you keep your ears open when it comes to making additional income?" (99% say yes), then you say. "If there was a way that you could literally and legally turn a one time $10 payment into $10k, would you like to learn more about it?" (again 99% of people say yes)

2. Say "Hold On A Second" and 3 way call them into 646-222-0301 and listen to it with them.  When they are done you ask them "What did you like best about the call" (this puts them in a positive response). Now you say "On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being not very interested and 10 being very excited, where do you see yourself on learning a little bit more about this opportunity."  If they say anything less than 7, tell them that you thank them for their time but we are only looking for 7's and above to move forward and would you mind if I kept you updated. ( You will be surprised at how many people change their tune to 7)If they leave it at that, let them go because they probably won't be a worker.

If they 7 or above, say "Hold on a second", and just click over and call your upline sponsor.

3. Call your upline, and before you click back over to your prospect, tell the upline what you are trying to point them too.(conf call, comp plan video, website, blog) Click back and say this EXACTLY (Remember to be excited.  "Hey  (recruits first name), I was able to get my sponsor on the line and I just have to say that one of the beautiful things about this business is the team work.  This person knows all the facts of this business, he is growing a  very large international organization and most of all he loves to help people.  (prospects first name) I'd like to introduce you to my sponsor and mentor (Mr/Mrs Last Name), and then be quiet.
Let the sponsor do the rest.

When you are the 3rd party expert. After the introduction (you already know they are a 7 or above) you ask them "What did you like best about what you've heard so far"  no matter what they say, you say "I like that too"  Tell them a little about yourself and what got you excited about this company.  Then you say " We are very excited about what we have here and the income potential and we are just looking for some individuals that see an opportunity here and want to align themselves and put an extra 10k in their pocket in the next 30 -60 days. It says a lot about you that (team member) put you on the phone with me, because they are running with this thing and they will be one of those people that gets that 10k, but the more important thing is do you see yourself as one of those individuals? (wait for a response, most of the time it will be yes)

-If yes,You say (team member) make sure you give them your registration link and (prospect) make sure you watch the compensation plan video on that page.  I guarantee you won't be able to sleep tonight.  Promote the next conference call, thank them for their time and that you look forward to working with them and then hang up.

-If it's Maybe and they have some questions, offer to answer any questions they may have or say "I completely understand that you want to look it over, why don't you go to (team member's) website and look that the videos we have there, and jump on our next conference call to learn more about what we have going on here.  Thank them for their time and hang up.

-If it's NO, then tell them that you understand that everything is not for everybody but would they mind if (team member) kept them up to speed with how things are going.  Thank them for their time and hang up.

DON'T TRY TO REINVENT THE WHEEL, THIS SYSTEM HAS BEEN VERY SUCCESSFUL IN BUILDING VERY LARGE ORGANIZATIONS.

IT IS NOT ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU SPONSOR, IT IS ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU CAN GET TO BE SYSTEM DEPENDENT, BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT CREATES MASSIVE MOMENTUM AND LONGEVITY.
